Hi everyone, just another new guy here saying Hi Im Ian from Long Eaton.

Not the proud owner of a skoda yet but will be looking soon as, hopefully for a Octavia VRS. probably a MK1. and so far been lurking around the site found some very good and helpful posts on buying, maintaining and tuning.

Never had a Skoda or any form of VAG before, im a MG fan at heart but currently own a Vectra!!!! Can I say Vectra on here?????

Anyway, Love cars, love to modify (when family allow), love to clean them too. Im a big amature detailer!!!!!

Don't think we'd block 'Vectra' per se. I'm sure there are very happy Vectra owners out there. I've always fancied an MGB GT.

Problem with KESSY key after battery replacement

Good day, I use a Skoda Karoq 2023, I have 2 keys with the KESSY system. The main key I use showed symptoms of a dead battery: a problem with opening the car doors and trunk. I replaced the battery in the key exactly according to the car's user manual available on the website, i.e. by performing a "reset" (pressing any button on the remote control between removing the used battery and installing a new one). Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi

Hi guys I have a skoda kamiq 2021 Monte Carlo and recently I notice that just the rear right fog light it s working and it s flickering as well the left hand side it doesn’t even lights up I have a waring sign in my display as well every time I turn it on Down I have attached some pictures I am curious this model has one or two fog light on the rear side Thank you a lot
