P0302 Code '06 VRS TFSI

I've had a bit of a splutter/ misfire under heavy acceleration (perfectly fine on idle and steady throttle) and it's thrown error code P0302 Cylinder 2 misfire.
I've change all the plugs and coil pack #2, cleared the codes but still playing up, showing the code again.

 

Any ideas?
