Hi guys,

 

Do any of you guys know where this black cable leads to,because its getting hot when the engine is running i can only keep my finger on it for 5 seconds,car runs like a bag of spanners,ABS,ASR, AIRBAG,coming on, test meter reading 7.5-8.5 volts across bat terminals,turn ignition off car fails to even turn over.

Is it the thick black one thats on the battery top fuse box? Known weak point for a dodgy connection causing all sorts of issues..

quick search for "battery fuse box" will give you a better idea
