morning all.

Layed my hands on a roadhawk dash camera the other day.

ive downed loaded the settings thing from the road hawk website. To row there is a format disc with an exclamation mark beside it. Ive tried clicking on it but nothings happening! :/

any one got any idears at all?

 

Hi, I think it will only recognise a card once it has been in the camera. Strange I know.

 

Basically using a blank sd card put it in the camera and power it on for a few seconds. Then try opening it in the software, it will let you change all the settings etc and when you save the new settings it formats the card and updates it with the new settings. Probably not the most intuitive way to do it. Don't forget to use a high speed card and make sure its at least 16gb if doing long journeys, an 8gb only does 2 hours or so *edit* ...at full quality/framerate that is
