Very nice but the lack of a warranty would concern me a bit. I'd want some specific confirmation on good engine/gearbox condition etc before even thinking of bidding. And if he didn't show my Q & A's on the listing for all bidders to view then i'd walk away.

Assuming that those are the only services it has had apart from the PDI, every one has been done too late - ie well in excess of the 20K variable servicing mileage limit.
