OK so it's been a while since I gave the car a clean.  Ordered my DAS6 yesterday so today I thought I'd give it a good prep ready for polishing tomorrow.  I noticed lots of tar spots so I used intensive tar remover wioth the clay bar.  Bad move...  The clar bar instantly starts melting and leaving clay streaks on the car!!

 

I'll not do that again :(

Things happen, clay is cheap.

Yeah, was just an instant doh moment ha. I put the bat in water right away so hopefully the bar itself is not ruined.
