Are they bolt through, or bolt on spacers?

 

I also assume you are selling 2, and they are 16mm each so 32mm over the axle?

I'm thinking of getting some spacers and have looked at the FK 15mm versions but these could be just the job.  I'm in Scarborough so not too far away and wondered where abouts in York you are?
