H&R cup kit 50mm arrived!

Featured Replies

Been toying with the idea of lowering my Elegance for years! Finally talked myself/SWMBO into doing it. New mounts and bumpstops ordered too. Getting them fitted Weds. Rather looking forward too it. Still unsure whether to keep on 17" Pegasus and refurbing in standard silver or going gunmetal, or just going upto 18"!!

We need pics!! :) ps. Love the 17" Pegasus alloys.

Got the h&r kit fitted today, really happy with the look, and pleasantly surprised with the ride quality, firm but definitely not crashy. Just a bit concerned as it scraped a bit coming off the ramps at the garage. Eek! To be expected I suppose. Wheel refurb next...

Looks great, I ran the H&R cup kit on my old Seat Ibiza Cupra 20VT mk3 and I rated the kit quite highly.

If you ever look to get rid/sell the 17" Pegasus alloys keep me in mind, one of my favourite non VRS Octavia wheels :)

Thanks! Still very fond of the Pegasus, there was a set on eBay for £100 with tyres, only ended yesterday, I was tempted myself for an extra set, but long drive to pick them up!

50mm kit wow that's a big drop!!

Looks well with that drop!

That sits really well now.  Makes my standard tractor ride height look even more silly.

I'm with redcupraboy on the Pegasus alloys too.  I prefer them to the 17" Zeniths I have on at the moment which are too fussy for my liking.
