Replacing the turbo vrs diesel

my turbo is making a noise like a police siren and as I don't have the blue lights to go with it it needs replacing.

Has anyone changed their turbo? Any words of wisdom or things to make it easier would be much appreciated.

Buy a new oil Feed pipe as well

Nightmare of a job. The hassle wasn't really worth what I saved myself in labor charges. Definitely wouldn't like to attempt it without a pit or a ramp.

Hello, I recently bought a Skoda Fabia 2019 from a Skoda dealership, The Skoda has apple carplay and it was fine for around 5 days. Now, when I connect my phone and listen to some music after 5 or so minutes the sound quality will drop massively and it will start crackling / popping. The music will also cut out for less than a second every minute or so. Anyone else experience this before or know a potential fix? Thanks. Edit: For reference I've attached a picture of my firmw

Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. I replaced both and thought my work here was done. However it now seems to have made losses worse, this time from the reservoir, so yesterday I did a 90 min motorway drive and by the t

Hi all, Currently looking to upgrade from a 2021 fiesta(!) to a used family sized car. Been a long time admirer of Skodas and have looked at the Octavia / Superb, but we’re a very active family and have an allotment, go to the stables and make a lot of trips to rural wales, where the bottom of the fiesta has taken a beating. Unrelated (hopefully!) to my faulty light problem, in the past few days I think the tone of my exhaust has changed and it sounds deeper. Whilst I was fiddling around with the lights, I gave the exhaust a push and noticed that it was swinging from side to side. Is it supposed to do this?! If not, what might the problem be?
