Can anyone tell me is this belt about to go

I can't afford to get it done till pay day Thursday so I'm really putting all my eggs in one basket that it will last

Wrong section as its a Superb 1, difficult to say as really need to see the other side of the belt.

If that is the original belt it needs to be changed, whether or not it will snap before Thursday is anybody's guess but I will bet a snickers that it will probably last.

I found a sticker in the car that said it was done at 55k but looks really worn down for that mileage

If it was changed more than 4 or 5 years ago it needs changing regardless of whether it was done at 55K

The belt just looks old to me.
