Anyone tried any aftermarket TPMS?

Featured Replies

As per the title, anybody had any good / bad experience with aftermarket TPMS setups?

I currently use this system;

I think it works really well and it indicated a puncture recently. The one downside is the battery in the main unit is rechargeable, and I now found I'm now recharging ombre a week whereas the previous systems main unit the battery lasted well over a year.

I'm now looking to purchase this system;

Steelmate do a similar system which is approximately £35 dearer, but comes with a 2 year warranty.

The Solar 4 is the one I've got at the top of my list at the moment.
