What does everyone recommend for coilovers,

I need lows but not to sure on what to get? Mk2 vrs

BC Racing are really well made bit of kit.

With the ap coilovers have you got to change the drop links?

It will depend how low you're looking to go?

I'm looking to go pretty low so the arch sits on top of the wheel

So looks rather than handling?

That's the thing see I would like a bit of both looks and handling

It's not going to handle the best if it's slammed. Limited suspension travel plus all your suspension geometry is compromised.

Any ideas how to get the best setup

Decent quality suspension like BC Racing, KW etc and have the alignment set up by a specialist.
