Hex pads destroyed!

Featured Replies

I was experimenting with Scholl S20 yesterday and completely destroyed two green CG Hex pads in the process!

The sponge came away from the velcro backing and I also noticed the working face ended up concave like a saucer!

These were used with a DAS6 Pro+ and were used at a speed no higher than 5, albeit not always on a flat panel.

They were purchased online from Saver's Choice UK and appear inferior quality when compared to the CG Hex Quantum pads I purchased from Cleanyourcar.

Any ideas/thoughts?  Is it me or can this workman blame his tools?!

Thanks
