All of a sudden the car won't go into mode selection when I press the VRS button. The button lights up orange for a second then turns off. Nothing happens on the HU.

Any ideas?

Press and hold the On/Off button on the infotainment system until it reboots (it will probably just turn off at first, you need to continue holding the power button until the screen goes black and then the system restarts).
