I have a nautic blue felicia. You are better off getting paint ordered from the main dealer(around 5-6 quid a tin or touch up) as the match is bang on.

Don't suppose you have a spare tailgate in that colour mine is knackered!!

If you are trying to deal with a small bit of localised rust on edges get a tin of blue smooterite. It is a good match.

Code 426L for Skoda doesn't exist. If you'll look more carefully, it's L462 and that's Nautic Blue.

 

Order by code, not by the name of the paint.
