Transfer data between Amundsen Sat Navs

I want to transfer destinations stored on the Amundsen Sat Nav’s My Destination “Destination Memory” from my 2013 Octavia 3 to my brand new Octavia 3. Over the last three years I have stored all my favourite hotels, cafes, service areas and clients addresses. It will be a right pain if I have to re-enter them all by hand. The dealer states a transfer cannot be done. All I have established is that the information is not stored on the SD card as it does not disappear when the SD card is reformatted for updated map downloads. Can it be done?
