Anybody had any success changing the chain tensioner to cure a rattle

Changing the tensioner would make no difference as it's the chain stretching that causes the rattle.

Thanks , thought maybe the tensioner spring could be weak , only rattle for a second randomly 1.2 tsi .

    Chain and tensioner will be the best bet here pal
