Fabia 1.9sdi year 2000 Home Paint Matching Problems

I have a Fabia 1.9sdi , year 2000,colour  4590 Dynamic Blue. Does anybody know  if aerosol spray paint can be bought in slightly lighter shades,allowing for a car with paint that is 16 years old please? I have found a Company which is to far away to visit who will match to a small item of the correct colour.I don't have colour matched wing mirrors,and the petrol flap,has been repainted after slight damage.  I wondered if a colour from a different car maker might be a better match?
