Fabia 2005 Mk1 vRS with BLT engine (this would also of course fit earlier ASZ units)

 

This was Jabbasports headline kit a couple of years ago, and has been proven on a number of other forum members cars as well (Bossfox's 09 plate SE for one).

 

It was marketed as their Stage Three and comprised of the following parts

 

GT25VNT Turbocharger (as found on 3.0 V6 DCi Renaults etc)

Jabba Exhaust Manifold

Jabba de-cat downpipe (still mates to standard system/miltek etc)

All new Intake pipework

Custom Pro-Alloy massive front mount intercooler

Alloy hardpipes

Silicon Hoses

Water cooled Turbo fittings

Braided Oil Lines

Jabba EGR /ASV replacement pipe

Uprated Air Flow Meter

Modified Slam Panel (steel part) included

 

All this fits without having to cut the bumper to bits like the Seat Sport FMIC's etc

 

This car has made 260BHP on Jabba's rollers and would make a fair bit more with Nozzles and a cam, the turbo is certainly as good I think as the GTB 2260's that are popular.

 

The whole lot will be removed and what you see listed above will be for sale. I have driven the car for nearly 100 miles and its quiet off boost and pulls well on boost, no daft noises etc.

 

(note the Inlet manifold is a standard BLT/ASZ item, and isn't included in the sale neither is the Meth Injection or Air Filter)

As a thought, if anyone wants the BLT engine to go with the Jabba kit, for an extra £100 I will include the bare engine, complete with injectors.

Well that is a bargain. I can vouch for the quality of the setup, I've covered almost 80k miles on mine having bought it (the car with stage three kit fitted) after it had only been fitted for 2k miles. Still going strong, still a lot of fun, still 550 miles per tank. Good luck with the sale.
