New flap motor needed?

My MIL came on today and I had a few fault codes listed. To me they seem to point to needing a new flap motor but I'm wanting a second opinion.

A couple of thousand miles ago I had the manifold off and cleaned the inlet valves, I cannot remeber if the flaps were cleaned though as two of us did the job.

this is the fault codes from the car today, the evap one is an existing code that was there before the rest of them.
