Iphone bluetooth issue

Morning all

I've just started having an issue with my Bluetooth connection in my car (2011 CR VRS). Whenever I get in the car the stereo starts playing as usual but then the car recognises the phone and then starts ringing itself! But when i check the IPhone screen all is fine. When its doing this I cannot stop the call by pressing the red off button on the dash screen nor will any other function work on the screen and I have to turn the ignition on and off a few times.  I unplugged and replugged in the module under the seat and it worked fine for a few days but now its doing it all the time.

Any ideas what could be causing this? or is it just time to replace the module? Well cost depending that is.
