Is there anyone in Guernsey with a vagcom?

Smeghead has VCDS but hasn't been active on Briskoda since June.

Does anyone know of anyone with a vag com in Guernsey?

And if not if I purchased one from amazon are they easy to use as I want to fit auto headlights and change my stereo from Bolero to Columbus?
