Hi,

 

I have a problem with my Skoda Superb 2006.

 

Basically it has stopped blowing out hot air.

I will mention on here exactly what work has been carried so not to waste your time.

 

New blower twice 

thermostat changed twice

mechanic opened up the whole dashboard to see if any issues with heater matrix but couldn't find anything.

Changed the heater resistor

 

I have now ran out of ideas. 

 

Can anyone suggest something please? 

 

any help will be much appreciated.

Are the pipes from the engine to the heater matrix getting hot?

Has the mechanic used a recognised VAG diagnostics tool to investigate the heater controls?

Yes the pipes are getting hot.

 

Mechanic has used Vag com but no faults coming up.

i would say V68 flap motor (doesn't always throw error in VCDS), if you get both pipes to matrix hot

do you hear buzzing noise when you change temp on climatronic fro 18 - 29 or back?

 

You can as well check movement of v68 in climatronic (please search for channel agenda...)
