Scout touch ups

I have  Roomster Scout which has accumulated some battle scars on the front wheel arches, the black plastic underneath is now showing through. 

Has anyone any experiences touching up this plastic bodywork? 

I was thinking of asking Plastidip to match the colour L7DL, would this be a good idea?
