Does anyone know if there is a drain plug on the 2.0TSi engine and is it as simple as drain, flush and then refill?

Mine is 4 years old now and I'm not sold on the whole "coolant never needs changing, lasts the life of the car".

Thought I would do a coolant change but haven't found a decent 'how to' guide anywhere.
