Dash swap/MFD display.

Featured Replies

Hi again guys, quick question. I the basic MFD display in my Monte Carlo, it's the one with the small screen and digital fuel gauge with no coolant temp gauge, just wondering if there is anyway if I was to swap the speedo with the one with the needle fuel gauge and needle coolant gauge with the white and black screen that shows oil temp etc? Any help would be appreciated ☺️☺️

It can be done, you want to look for maxidot. It's not cheap but it's certainly worth it.

Yeah it is doable, just needs some coding doing from what I've seen (never done myself) and obviously the different dash cluster.

EEPROM dump, pin code read (on both clusters) or new from the dealer with coding depending on which route you take.
