No, you'll have the radio setup for North America for a start, so unlikely to get the correct radio function/frequencies. Then you'll have USA maps which may or may not be possible to update to UK maps (software dependant) and if it is possible then the cost for new maps will be anywhere up to £170.

See the green plug on the back? That's for USA radio antennas. The UK spec ones have a black plug which fits the UK antennas. You won't have the hardware inside to pick up UK DAB radio.
