Suzuki Ignis

Featured Replies

Not sure on these reviews & which market those models are for and if Australia gets what India are getting.

The 2017 Suzuki Ignis coming to the UK has the choice of the FWD with a 5 speed Automated Manual Gearbox (AGS)

"5 speed auto gear shift" (that is not a CVT.)

It's the Aussie spec George

I think I'd prefer your transmission rather than the CVT.

The biggest killer out here, particularly in very light cars, is the NVH when on so many of our highways surfaced in coarse chip bitumen.

I'd be staggered if that wasn't a significant issue in this case too.

4 Speed or even 3 speed with overdrive Suzuki Automatics have been good for years, hopefully this 'Automated Manual' is not as bad as others like in the VW UP!MiiCitigo (ASG)

or Toyota's of Old.

I like good CVT's but then there are some real stinkers around or there were.

They complained about the "drone" of the CVT during acceleration but that's minor, longevity is significant to me though.

'They', often complain of many things if you mean Road testers and someone trying something, but 'They' that buy things and live with them are the ones that might have a opinion based on covering miles and a period of time with cars.

Look how often 'They' big up certain manufacturers vehicles as the greatest thing since garlic bread and yet they are poor sellers that Dealerships can not sell.

I had one of these for a couple of weeks and loved it.

Much cheapness used in the UK.

Part 3 worth the watching.
