Any one local to me with vcds 

I want twin rear fogs to be enabled

and any other bits i can get done

VCDS Cannot enable twin rear fogs on a MkII Facelift Octavia. As far as I know it will require VCP or ODIS.

Ok thanks for that  hopefully someone with that will be near to me .
