I have borrowed a friends VCDS cable in order to make the following change to my car.

 

One click on the key unlock opens all doors including boot (disable anti hijack)

 

Can anyone direct me to correct part of the VCDS menu which shows the setting for this?

On my Octavia this is set via the infotainment system, not via VCDS.

 

1. Press the "Car" button

2. Press the cogs icon for settings

3. Scroll to choose the "Opening and closing" menu item and click

4. Make your changes under "Central Locking":

• Door unlocking: - Set the door unlocking feature
• All doors - All doors
• Single door - Driver's door or driver's or passenger door with KESSY system
• Vehicle side - Doors on the driver's side or on the driver's or passenger's side with KESSY system

 

 

Thanks very much iriches but unfortunately my octavia is a more basic model and does not have this feature.

 

I will need to use the VCDS... but don't know how to adjust the setting!
