Is it possible to upgrade my standard head unit to a sat nav version on a 2012 Fabia? If so what's needed to do this upgrade 

Yup, if you want the OEM look then look at Amundsen or the Columbus.

 

do you have maxidot? If so that'll need coding.

Fitting either of the above units won't be a problem, it should just be a plug and play.

    Did you already have bluetooth in your car? I want to do the same upgrade but I don't have bluetooth in my 2010 fabia. What head unit did you get? Amundsen or Columbus?

    I got the Amundsen rns 310 and it fitted straight away, I have no Bluetooth but the headset I got is compatible but I need to purchase a Bluetooth interface. And I'm struggling to find one
