Hi guys. 

 

I have been been a member for a couple of years but haven't been too active. Time has come to part with my beloved Fabia VRS Special Edition replacing with an Audi A5 3.0l tdi black edition This is a quick post with the basics and will update when I have more photos.

 

Car was purchased from a garage in Norwhich in August 2015 with just 45k on the clock. I am the 5th owner. Quite high but I don't feel it has affected the car in any way.

Full service history (10 stamps)

Cambelt changed by vag specialist around 50k

Remapped to 170bhp with dyno printout from shark performance in Mansfield.

NOTE. I have not remapped the car. It came remapped with no paperwork. I have had shark look at the dyno and they have told me it is safe, healthy and professional map. If you know your way around a dyno graph I'm sure you will agree.

I also believe it is lowered 25mm.

I have had a mufflerectomy on the car and love the sound. (Standard exhaust included)

Mot until Jan 2018 no advisories.

Refurbed 17" spider alloys 

5th spider alloy included but needs refurb and tyre.

All tyres are legal but back tyres getting close. Fronts are wrapped in Rainsport 3's. Can't remember what backs are but good decent brand.

Curpa splitter

Interior in very good condition but would benefit from new floor mats. 

Droplinks replaced roughly a year ago.

Never had any issues whatsoever.

 

 

Bad bits

Scuff on the bumper just below the head light. (airport parking!) not immediately noticeable but down to the plastic and will need a body shop to sort. Will include pics soon.

Rear passenger side alloy curbed. Good condition apart from the curb. Will need refurb.

Wing mirror damaged. The lower black part has been cracked and half is missing. No issues with the movement or heating of the mirror and the blue surround is in good condition. 

Rear screen de-mister button broken. Button will not press in. Needs a new button unit(a few quid of eBay).

Exhaust tip rusted (I was naive andbought chrome instead of stainless steel!)

Due a good t-cut and polish.

 

It sounds like a long list of bad bits but it really isn't. Any enthusiast could have all this sorted in a weekend.

 

Car is priced to sell. Could be possible to travel a little if arranged but why not come round for a cuppa!
