Any idea what these connectors are?!

Featured Replies

When I was changing the heater motor behind the glovebox I noticed two connectors of which I have no idea what function they serve. They are on the centre console side of the area behind the glovebox,... any ideas??

Hi

The one on the left is a antenna Connector the type that goes into a phone, so assume the black one is poss

the power connector for the same.

Is there a separate antenna on the roof (or may be part of the radio antenna)

The other thought is could be for a sat nav system

Cheers. I retro fitted a Bolero ages ago so is it possible it's just connectors coming out the back for that that I've forgotten about?

Any further ideas about what they might be?? No, there's no other aerials on the roof and no phone system or sat nav come out of the factory on this. Had the car from new so definitely no random wires from previous owners.
