Since I picked up my Fabia III in April 2015 from the dealer I was disappointed with Bolero infotainment unit due to very limited MirrorLink enabled applications and missing Voice Control. I wasn't missing navigation so much as I have added Android based module that allowed me to add tablet functionality to Bolero.

When Skoda released Amundsen in Fabia MY16 I was thinking about retrofitting. I have finally found Amundsen unit 5Q0035874A and a smart guy who was able not only to match it with my car but also enable all the activations - including the ones that were missing (Voice Control, Navigation, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay). Hi all, I have my Fabia currently fitted with the base Swing head unit. I'd like to upgrade to Bolero or Amundsen, and it's important to me to stay strictly with original skoda/VAG parts - no aftermarket Android units or third-party adapters. My main goals: Apple CarPlay (via SmartLink+) - Swing doesn't support this at all Rear-view camera integration - not currently fitted What I have found so far: I would probably need Bolero unit 6V0 919 604 (and variants) to fit my Skoda. Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. Airbag error, what can reset it?

During my hardwire dash cam install, I removed the trim which holds the passenger airbag switch and unplugged it. Now (unsurprisingly) I have an airbag error on the dash. I’ve cycled the ignition a few times in hopes that would reset it, I also tried enabling and disabling the airbag with the key, still no joy. Is this something I can reset at home? I’m hoping something like ODBeleven free plan can do it, but it’s difficult finding out what the free plan can actually do.
