Touch Up Pens

Featured Replies

Got a couple of irritating stone chips on the Rapid.

seen one on theskodashop and one from chipex. One is considerably more expensive than the other.

Are they any good or a waste of time?

The genuine skoda touch up kit is very good.

The Chip-ex kit has never impressed me.

cheers

Chris

Agreed - Genuine touch up pens perform best foe me;

applied with wooden cocktail stick or pin head to fill chips.

Be patient and layer if required and dont be Mr Blobby! LOL

I've ordered a kit.

Here are some pictures of the scratches and chips being repaired.

Hopefully I get nice weather to do it soon. Shame I don't have it now as it's not here today the weather is great today.

Product used was Chipex. I couldn't get a genuine skoda one so I went for the chipex instead.

If you follow the instructions carefully, It's a good product.
