I have a weird tickover issue when hot, revs go up an down not but much but all most to a stall, hard to start when hot also 

and both my indicator dash repeaters go on with the rhs indicator but not the indicator itself, its like a combined electrical issue any ideas

The indicator issue sounds like the stalks to me. Either the contact inside need a clean or they are worn and need replacing.

 

The first issue could be as simple as a temperature sensor or also sounds similar to a crank sensor.

 

When it is hard to start does the rev counter move much? Or does the car sound slow at turning over?

It fairly belts over when restarting, my well have a look at the stalk cheers
