Is this a 12 sided bolt or the other mentioned bolt?

Because one you tighten to 200nm and the other to 90nm

I don't want to get it wrong haha

The head type is XZN. You'll need an XZN socket to tighten it properly - a standard hex socket could round off the corners of 6 of the points.

 

From memory, tightening torque will depend on the bolt diameter.
