Sold my beloved car today, first person who responded to the Autotrader ad paid the asking price (£9200).

It was immaculate and had only done 31000 miles.

At least I know it's going to a good home.

I'm now carless until my new Tiguan arrives in a couple of weeks time.

I've already joined the Tiguan Mk2 owners forum and it appears to be just as good Briskoda!

A bittersweet day. Good that you got it sold without hassle and got your asking price but I bet you're a bit sad to see it go. 

How long was it up for on autotrader?

Only for 3 days. Have always had successful sales using them.
