how to do wifi hotspot?

hi to all
car details
ocavia 4x4 ambition (Drivers Ed) combi 2015

i have just bought this car and really do love it

1, how do i turn my car into a wifi hotspot ..... i have looked in the golv box but i have no cd changer with the telephone sim card holder.
its just an empty box on top while below is the glove box.


please can someone tell me is there another way
