The cover does not have seat belt holes. Cover attaches to headrest struts (see pic) While there is some slight discolouration of the material there are no holes, rips or scratches. Still waterproof as far as I know but I've not chucked a bucket of water over it just for fun!

 

This cover is seriously heavy so any post and packing would be expensive! Collection preferred from Perth. More pics available if required.
