Ive got a new Fabia vrs the other week and popped a copy cd into the player,then when i tried to eject it

the cd player display said no cd

So i decide to stick a legit cd into it

and the player ate that and reports no cd when i try to eject both items

Anyone know how to get the cds out of the player without going to the dealer

or

an easy way of getting my cds out of the player

No real easy way to get them out. Just play dumb about the 2nd CD when to go to the dealer. Say it ate your CD as you described then your GF must have put another cd in not realising there was a fault. They shouldn't give a toss about whether it's a legit CD or otherwise.

Good idea about blaming my woman on the cd mix up

i phoned the dealer today,blamed her

and they have orderd a new radio/cd unit to replace the current one

but say i might not get my cds back,due to the old unit being sent off to skoda
