Just had a new head unit fitted in my Octavia which means my cd changer is now redundant. However there are some cd's in the changer which I forgot to take out :eek: . Is it possible to get these discs without re-fitting the original head unit?

There may be a mechanical release switch, but I doubt it. I think it needs to be connected to have power to eject the cartridge.

I hope someone tells me I'm wrong

A live and an earth onto the plug should power it up so you can eject the cartridge.
