Recently changed from Windows phone to iphone se.

Have successfully paired new phone to the bolero in my 2015 (2016 MY) Yeti but I've noticed that 

(a) text messages can't be retreived/displayed or notification for a new one

(b) contact photos are not displayed.

 

Researching on here suggests (a) is because Aplle doesn't (yet) support something called rsap ?

But can anyone suggest a reason for (b) ?

Apple don't support this either - their software implements several protected "zones" including around the photo album.
