I have buggered about with too many settings i don't seem to be able to find again, so am wondering if anyone knows how to do a factory reset on a Kauftec Fiscon basic plus bluetooth unit? Another issue is I recently swapped my Bolero out for a Columbus and every time my phone connects to the unit the Columbus throws up a message saying "connecting user" any ideas?

Columbus always informs me it's connecting every time I turn the ignition on. It's supposed to.
