Thought I would sign up as I will be looking into purchasing an Octavia VRS and will be looking for advice and opinions -

I'm currently a Lancer Evo 3 GSR owner, and am fed up with the endless maintenance and rivallry crap that goes on - and have always fancied a vRS as a replacement - I know I need to drive one but wanted some opinions on Octavia ownership/tuning etc. So any help you guys can give me, will be greatly appreciated as I know nowt about them what you can/can't do.

well i've had no problems at all with mine.

have had various mods done and its covered 70K miles in 2 and a half years.

all in all its great.

i've had mine re-mapped,FMIC,Full Exhaust,CAI induction Kit,Forge TIP and also have had it converted to LPG.
