bluetooth pairing

Hello,

the problem is simple:

when I pressed to Phone taste on my navi, appears only mute icon on display on the left side up.

If I press Setup nothing happens.

I can find my iPhone/iPad via steer buttons, but always it sais: this phone is not compatible.

Sadly, I dont have android to test. 

Setup taste works for radio, media, navi, etc, but not for Phone menu.

In this case what shall I do?
