Pat on the back for Faintree

Featured Replies

Only a few weeks away from the end of Warranty - my, how time flies - and I became aware of an irritating droning noise from the front (wife wasn't present, so it had to be mechanical). Sounded like a wheel bearing, but imagination runs riot and I was thinking of all the other possibilities, drive-train etc., so I quickly booked it in with Faintree.  Now it would be very easy for them to fob me off so close to the end of the warranty period, but they were as good as gold. They confirmed that it was a wheel bearing that was just starting to go and duly replaced it under warranty. Result - no more noises off and it also got an overdue wash. Can't fault them for their correct  level of service.
