Hi don't know if anyone know of any specialist part company's. I have a 2.5 tdi superb with a very annoying water leak. I've cleared the drain holes in the sun roof but the rubber seal around the glass needs replacing any ideas of sourcing one.

Are you sure the drains are connected to the tray at the top, and to the nipple at the bottom?  

Sometimes people manage to detach the pipe when trying to clean it.

You can test the sunroof drains by opening the sunroof, finding the drain holes around the sunroof tray and pouring water into them.  If the water comes out in the door jamb out of the nipples, great.  If not then you still have a blockage somewhere, or a disconnection.
