2017 facelift estate tailgate - will 2013-6 panel fit?

I've just bought a damaged 2017 facelift estate (1.4tsi dsg). Absolutely love it! I need a new tailgate panel and new rear bumper skin. I've been quoted £800 total by the dealer for the two parts. Wondering about salvage, but can't find any 2017 parts online.

The rear bumper skin design was changed in 2017 as far as I can tell.

To my eyes, the tailgate hasn't changed. Is that right, can I buy a 2013 panel?

Hello , my brother has biught kodiak with matrix led lights. One of the problem is that high beam don't light up automatically and there is option to enable it on the menu. I have read somewere that someone had the same problem , but in tme meatime recieved an ota update and the function appeard . I have an obd11 but can't connect the car because of rhe newer protection so I was wondering how I could enable it. Another thing is if it would be possible to enable the inner rear stop lights. Local dealership said it would cost £300 to upgrade my maps and suggested that there are better options them then for this! After lots of online research I decided to update the firmware from H4120 to 5274. I have the zipped file RNS_510_FW_5274_update.iso and have burned this to a DVD at lowest speed. When I put the DVD in the unit (no keys in iginition) it whirs around and then after 20-30 seconds comes back with a CD/DVD error. The unit will play a normal music
