Resistance is futile

So much for waiting until the end of March before deciding to get a vRS Fabia... bought one last weekend! 54 plate in silver, and love it.

Traded in the old pipe 'n' slippers Rover 420Di for it - really surprises me how much faster this is. I mean, on paper the Rover hits 60 in 10.6 sec (allegedly) and the "Furby" about a second less... Very conservative I reckon. This seems faster than my old 2 litre 1991 Celica!

And I love the front of it - very aggressive looking :D

All the family and my mates have given it the  too so far - even those who had their doubts before (badge snobs).

Now I have the dilemma of whether to keep my other "toy" as I get loads of fun from driving this! Hmmm... :rubchin:

Mornin' Ducky. :wavey:

Don't let Rich near it, he'll only break it :D

I know - he's been taken for a drive in it already. He was impressed, though looked concerned at the lack of space for conservatory furniture :D

Yeah well, he is "considerably" older and therefore has to worry about such things

hi.and welcome. you sound as if a remap is on the cards? :D

Not yet - it seems to struggle to get the power down as it is. Besides, the Scooby was supposed to be getting the "treatment" first... well, if I ever get round to servicing it! Poor neglected thing.

Hi and welcome:)
